It’s been three months since I last posted, and what a busy three months indeed! I am hoping the end of the year will now start to slow down to actually have time for other things…but we will see! I’m going to go over some (hopefully) upcoming posts I want to write about!

Universal Studios
It has been a very busy and stressful year. Between wedding planning, preparing for Kristen’s baby (which we are all super excited over), and work, I have been extremely off lately. I have been streaming pretty regularly on Twitch, but the past week I needed a break from it because every time I plan on getting on, the same day I end up staying late for work because something pops up. I am hoping tomorrow I will be able to restart my schedule, as well prioritize myself and my loved ones more.
With that being said, I wanted to get out of the house on Saturday, so I ended up going to Universal Studios by myself while Matt worked. I really want to get into photography, and I have been wanting to go out and practice more! I was really up in the air about it, however because 1) I am not a solo person and 2) it was already super hot out and I was already experiencing a migraine. I decided to get ready and make the choice once I got to that step, and I am happy I did!
Alexander Springs Camping
About a month ago, Matt and his cousins wanted to start planning a last minute camping trip. They found that apparently since Florida has all the snowbirds coming down to our nice weather, that planning a trip like this was going to be a bit difficult. They managed to find a date open for camp ground in Alexander Springs, located in Ocala National Forest to stay overnight for a weekend, which happened to be planned for this past weekend!

Hi! I hope everyone has had a good weekend! Today was a major step into getting things done for the wedding. I completed my half of the save the dates, getting together my side’s addresses as well as getting help with my parents with creating the labels (thank you both), so I am quite happy with how they came out! Tomorrow Matt is getting his half of the save the dates addressed and then will hopefully mail them out same day!
I had also got the DJ booked for the date as well, which is another big win in our book! I’m really looking forward to this DJ a lot, even though I’m hoping we provide a lot of the songs ourselves. Just another thing complete!
We need to still get the wedding bands, cake for Matt and I to cut (because we are doing a Mission BBQ dessert table instead of cake for everyone instead of cake), and then bridal party dresses and suits. Then we have little things like hair and make up as well as final decor!
Wedding Planning
Hi all! I don’t know if anyone will actually see this, but I just figured out the website I am using has a blog section to our wedding page! I figured I could write all the hip and happenings of what is going on with the wedding and cross post it to my blog-blog instead of just the wedding blog (seeing as though I haven’t blogged in a while)!
Last year (not that it was that long ago) we had picked out the date and venue, photographer, as well as our caterer (so everyone can expect some good ol’ Mission BBQ for food). I had gotten my dream dress with my best friend, sister, and mom, which was also super exciting! We have picked up some decorations here and there, and are still throwing some ideas around for decor!
We still need to send out the save the dates, order the invitations, get the DJ, look at suits and dresses for the gang, and some other things, so I’m hoping to document it all (as well as actually start blogging again)!
Can’t wait!
